  • Who is Joshua Graham?

I get asked this probably the most - Joshua Graham is me! A lot of you will know me better as Foxy. I'm the lead designer and owner of Foxy Streetwear! I have been a Customer Support agent with a few different companies for 3 years and have served the apparel and streetwear community for awhile now. In my time I've seen a lot of what people expect from high-quality clothing as well as I've noticed an unfortunate lack of variety in styles. Using the opportunities that God's given me, I aim to meet those expectations, offering exceptional streetwear with my own personal twist. I have dabbled in various arts as a hobby for most of my life and I'm excited to bring my artistic vision to your wardrobe!

  • Why "Foxy?" Why "Streetwear?"

I've loved Foxes for as long as I can remember - they're my favourite animal! It ended up leading into a major part of my identity - in symbolism, Foxes are closely associated with cunning, playful, and mischievous beings. These are all traits that I feel represent my personality pretty well, but don't take my word for it! Join my Discord community and hang out with us for a bit so you can determine if that's accurate or not!

Deciding to sell Streetwear actually came from a close friend of mine encouraging my interest and helping me realize how important fashion actually is to me. (Shout out to Rosie for that!) I started browsing the internet one day and just by chance decided to try to see if there was much streetwear geared towards Furries specifically, and much to my disappointment I didn't find much out there that really interested me. I found Nomad Complex's site and fell in love with a lot of their designs and ended up becoming a frequent buyer there, but I realized that while they have great clothes, their designs aren't exactly what other people that I know would like. I decided then that I would fill the gap in that market and create a clothing line centered around offering a minimalistic streetwear lineup that other Furries like me would love and be able to wear any time, anywhere, for any occasion. (Seriously, check out Nomad Complex - they're awesome! Their About Us page was a huge inspiration for me to decide on starting my business!)

  • What materials are your products made from?

Our shirts/crop tops are made from 100% ring-spun cotton!

Our joggers are 100% cotton-faced and 65% cotton/35% polyester!

Our shorts are 100% cotton-faced and 80% cotton/20% polyester!

Our snapbacks are an 80% acrylic, 20% wool blend, with the camo variants being 35% wool and 65% polyester.

Our dad caps are 100% chino cotton twill, with the Green Camo variant being 35% chino cotton twill, and 65% polyester.

Our beanie is made from 100% cotton!

  • What are the washing instructions?

We recommend washing our clothes in cold water and hang-drying. Because the shirts are 100% cotton, they are prone to shrinkage if they are machine-dryed. This will cause the shirt to take a more form-fitted look, which doesn't look bad, but it isn't always what a person wants. If you do not want our shirts to shrink, you should definitely avoid machine-drying, but if you are looking for a more form-fitted style you can certainly machine wash and dry them to achieve that look. Always order a size or two above what you normally wear though to make sure your clothes don't shrink too much! I wouldn't recommend machine-drying them multiple times as well, just to be safe.

I would only recommend hand/spot-washing the hats as necessary.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Better yet, our manufacturer has facilities in various countries across the world in order to help reduce the cost of shipping whenever possible!

  • How do I track my order?

When you place your order, you can view the order through Shopify directly which will contain updates as they become available. The order confirmation e-mail you'll get will have a button that will let you view the order if you close out of this window. You will receive e-mail updates after the package has shipped out and been delivered as well, both of which will contain your tracking number!

  • Do you really have a million points on Yasuo?

It's true, I'm a disappointment to my family. I main Yasuo in League of Legends. I save a lot of my clips and share them periodically through Discord, so make sure you join if you're a Gamer that loves memes too.   • What is the normal shipping time?

This will vary depending on a few different things such as where your package is originating. Our manufacturer has several different facilities all over the globe to help get everything to you as fast as possible though and you'll be able to follow updates on your package through the provided tracking number. If you ever have any questions about your order, you can always reach out to us and we'll get back with you as soon as possible!

  • Are your clothes form fitting or are they more loose?

When shopping for shirts, you should always start with a size above what you normally wear just to be safe. That said, the shirts tend to fit loosely and comfortably, and as long as you follow our washing instructions, they will maintain this look and feel for a long time!

  • Where is Foxy Streetwear located?

My company is registered and operates out of North Carolina! We do a lot with local and other small communities, and participate in helping build others up and offering support when we can! It's my philosophy that if everyone's successful, then everyone benefits, so we should do our best to lean on each other and be there for others to achieve that.

  • What is your refund or exchange policy?

Over the years as a Support Specialist, I've become recognized for my commitment in assisting users with issues they encounter. I'm eager to bring that commitment to my business and I'm going to ensure that all of you are taken care of and treated fairly. If any of our products arrive damaged or otherwise faulty, we will happily send you a replacement for it at no additional charge! I've always felt that this is a much better approach to problems since it ensures that you're getting the product you wanted instead of some other lazy solution to just get you out the door.

(And it gives me a reason to get on the phone with my manufacturer to yell at them!)
